Virtual AASTC 2020 registration is now open! All camp programs will be via Zoom and links will be emailed to the email that your register your camper with using our registration system. Please make sure to add our email address to your contact list to ensure that our emails always get through. Supplies will be available for pick up in the two weeks prior to camp and are based on your camper's class selection.

If you have already registered a camper in the past, please use the same login information. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns at 336.740.0211 or allarts@uncg.edu.

All Virtual AASTC 2020 classes are full, we hope to see you next summer!

If you had previously signed up for our physical camp and requested a virtual camp transfer, you do not need to change your camper's registration. We are in the process of transferring your registration over. Any additional balance will be refunded unless you wish to transfer it to next year's registration.

Those who requested a refund or transfer of balance to 2021, please be sure to check your email (junk or spam folders too). We sent emails out in May and June.

Final Payments

 

Payments can be broken into any increment that works for you and your family after the initial deposit. Final payments are due about one month prior to the first day of camp, July 6th, 2020, and can be made through our registration system.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Physical camp refund policy: You may cancel your camper's registration and receive a full refund, less the non-refundable deposit, and processing fees, according to the schedule below (about one month prior to the first day of camp). After that time, you will forfeit your total payment except in the case of a camper's serious illness or injury (with documentation from a physician) or the death of an immediate family member.

Our cancellation and refund policies are based on our investment in staff, supplies, housing facilities, and dining contracts before camp starts. 
Campers who leave during a camp session for one of these reasons will receive a pro-rated refund (less the non-refundable deposit). No matter the refund amount, a processing fee will be deducted from the refund. 

Virtual camp refund policy: You may cancel your camper's registration and request a full refund less processing fees until July 10th, 2020 at 5pm. Cancellations after that time will be non-refundable.

 

To request a refund, you must email allarts@uncg.edu for further instructions by July 10th, 2020.

A camper who exhibits emotional, psychological, or behavioral conditions that are excessively disruptive to the program or harmful to him/herself, or who uses illegal drugs, alcohol, or tobacco, may be dismissed with no refund. Unless otherwise notified refund requests will be processed the weeks after camp session ends. Exceptions will be made at the discretion of the director.

The deposit amount is specified for each type of camp below. The deposit is completely non-refundable. 

Day Camp Deposit - $250
Overnight Camp Deposit - $250

Virtual Camp Deposit - $0 (balance must be paid in full)
